• Si llueve o está nublado en el lugar donde se hospedan los huéspedes o en la marina.
• Si el clima no es agradable: si comienza a llover, si se nubla, si hace demasiado calor o frío, si hay olas, si es un día con viento, o si no se pudiera hacer esnórquel.
• Si el puerto de Playa del Carmen o Puerto Aventuras está cerrado (En este caso podrá disfrutar de su Experiencia elegida dentro de la hermosa Bahía de Bocana. -link con fotos-)
• Si alguien se marea durante el recorrido.
• Si el viaje finaliza antes de tiempo ya sea por enfermedad o por solicitud del cliente.
• Si se termina algún tipo de bebida o comida por un consumo inusualmente elevado.
• Si, por negligencia del cliente, este sufre algún tipo de accidente.
• Si hay algún desacuerdo con el servicio durante la experiencia.
• Si hay algún desacuerdo por parte del cliente con respecto a las normas de seguridad del barco durante la experiencia.

• Si la empresa prestadora de servicios considera que existe un riesgo mínimo de seguridad y protección debido a las condiciones climáticas, intentaremos reprogramar la Experiencia para otro día. Si esto no es posible debido a la disponibilidad de las embarcaciones o a la agenda de nuestro cliente, podemos proporcionar un reembolso completo.
• Si por alguna razón desafortunada, como un problema de mantenimiento inesperado, no hubiera embarcaciones disponibles en la fecha de la experiencia, intentaremos reprogramar la Experiencia para otro día. Si esto no es posible debido a la disponibilidad de las embarcaciones o a la agenda de nuestro cliente, podemos proporcionar un cupón válido por 2 años o un reembolso completo.
• Si se cancela un vuelo desde el país de origen debido al mal tiempo, es posible que se aplique un reembolso completo. El cliente debe enviar las pruebas necesarias para justificar dicha cancelación.

• Si la cancelación se realiza con 30 o más días de anticipación a la experiencia, se generará un reembolso completo del monto pagado.
• Si la cancelación se realiza entre 15 y 30 días antes de la experiencia, se aplicará un cargo por cancelación del 30%. El cliente acepta que Dorado Adventures aplique el depósito de reserva como tarifa de cancelación.
• Si la cancelación se realiza entre 7 y 14 días antes de la experiencia, se aplicará un cargo por cancelación del 50%. El cliente acepta que Dorado Adventures  aplique el depósito de reserva como tarifa de cancelación y/o hacer el cargo de dicha tarifa directamente a la tarjeta de crédito registrada.
• Si la cancelación se realiza entre 24 horas y 6 días antes de la experiencia, se aplicará un cargo por cancelación del 70%. El cliente acepta que Dorado Adventures aplique el depósito de reserva como tarifa de cancelación y/o hacer el cargo de dicha tarifa directamente a la tarjeta de crédito registrada.
• Si la cancelación se realiza dentro de las 24 horas anteriores a la experiencia, se realizará un cargo completo. El cliente acepta que Dorado Adventures aplique el depósito de reserva como tarifa de cancelación y/o hacer el cargo de dicha tarifa directamente a la tarjeta de crédito registrada.
• No shows: si el cliente no llega a la marina en el día y hora programados para la actividad, se hará un cargo completo. El cliente acepta que Dorado Adventures aplique el depósito de reserva como tarifa de cancelación y/o hacer el cargo de dicha tarifa directamente a la tarjeta de crédito registrada.
• El cliente siempre tendrá la opción de reprogramar la Experiencia para evitar cualquier Tarifa de Cancelación.

Las únicas causas de cancelación del viaje por parte de la empresa son:

• Si hay una avería o si el barco requiere mantenimiento antes del viaje. En caso de que ocurra alguna de estas situaciones, la empresa intentará cambiar la fecha o el barco(adecuandose al presupuesto). Si esto no es posible, se reembolsará el 100% del costo de la experiencia.
• Si la empresa detecta riesgos derivados del COVID-19 y factores relacionados en el área.

Es de esperarse el frecuente cambio de clima en Cancún y alrededores. En el caso de que el pronóstico del tiempo indique un día nublado con viento o lluvia, esto no debe ser un motivo de preocupación.

Las razones son las siguientes:

1. En primer lugar, la mayoría de los sistemas meteorológicos dan pronósticos incorrectos en la zona debido a que el clima es muy cambiante en la Riviera Maya. Somos expertos en navegación, por lo que estamos informados de las actualizaciones meteorológicas en todo momento a través de diversas fuentes. Si alguien puede determinar si es seguro realizar un recorrido, somos nosotros. Le informaremos si el clima no es propicio para la experiencia.
2. En ocasiones, podría estar lloviendo o nublado en su hotel, pero en la marina, a unos 20, o menos kilómetros de distancia, podría estar soleado. El clima cambia en diferentes zonas de Quintana Roo.
3. Navegar en un yate por el Caribe, incluso en un día lluvioso, es una experiencia maravillosa, ya que la temperatura del mar nunca cambia. Nadar, platicar y divertirse en un banco de arena en medio del mar es una experiencia mágica, incluso bajo la lluvia. Si este fuera el caso, puede estar seguro de que valdrá la pena cada minuto.

• If the service provider considers that there is minimal safety and security risk due to weather conditions, we will attempt to reschedule the Experience for another day. If this is not possible due to vessel availability or our client's schedule, we can provide a full refund.
• If for some unfortunate reason, such as an unexpected maintenance issue, there are no boats available on the date of the experience, we will attempt to reschedule the Experience for another day. If this is not possible due to vessel availability or our client's schedule, we can provide a voucher valid for 2 years or a full refund.
• If a flight from the home country is canceled due to bad weather, a full refund may apply. The client must send the necessary evidence to justify said cancellation.

• If the cancellation is made 30 or more days before the experience, a full refund of the amount paid will be generated.
• If cancellation is made between 15 and 30 days before the experience, a 30% cancellation fee will apply. The client agrees that Dorado Adventures applies the reservation deposit as a cancellation fee.
• If cancellation is made between 7 and 14 days before the experience, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. The client agrees that Dorado Adventures may apply the reservation deposit as a cancellation fee and/or charge said fee directly to the credit card on file.

• No shows: if the client does not arrive at the marina on the day and time scheduled for the activity, a full charge will be made. The client agrees that Dorado Adventures may apply the reservation deposit as a cancellation fee and/or charge said fee directly to the credit card on file.
• The client will always have the option to reschedule the Experience to avoid any Cancellation Fee.

The only causes for cancellation of the trip by the company are:

If there is a breakdown or if the boat requires maintenance before the trip. If any of these situations occur, the company will try to change the date or the boat (according to the budget). If this is not possible, 100% of the cost of the experience will be refunded.

If the company detects risks derived from COVID-19 and related factors in the area.

The frequent change of weather in Cancun and surrounding areas is to be expected. In the event that the weather forecast indicates a cloudy day with wind or rain, this should not be a cause for concern.

The reasons are the following:

• First of all, most weather systems give incorrect forecasts in the area because the weather is very changeable in the Riviera Maya. • Sailing on a yacht in the Caribbean, even on a rainy day, is a wonderful experience, since the sea temperature never changes.
